Giving to Christ's Ministry at KPC
One way to respond to the gospel and Christ's gracious work in our lives is by giving back to Christ through worship, through our lives and through our resources. We do not give as a way to earn His pleasure. We give financially out of our love for Christ and in response to what He has done and is doing in our lives.
Tithes and Offering
We realize that all of the blessings in our life come from Christ. All of our resources are ultimately His and we simply give back a portion of what He has given to us. We are stewards of His resources and therefore we give generously to His Work. Ultimately when you give you are not giving to the church but to Christ. Mercy
Just as we have received mercy we are called to give mercy to others. In a fallen and sinful world we are surrounded by those who need help financially. As Christians we are to be known by our love: primarily to God and secondarily to those around us. One way we can love others is by financially helping those in need.
